How to ask us to delete the account you use to sign in to the Ultimate Coders parent app, what we delete, and what we have to keep.
This page covers the Ultimate Coders parent app for iPhone and Android, published by Ultimate Coders Franchising Inc., and the account you use to sign in to it. You do not need to be signed in to make the request, and it costs nothing.
Send us one email. We reply to every request, including the ones we cannot action.
Start a new email from the address you use to sign in. Matching the sender against the account is how we confirm the request is yours, so a message from any other address means we have to write back and verify you before we can start.
Use that exact subject line. It is what routes the message to the person who handles these.
Include the first and last name on the account, and say whether you want the whole account deleted or only particular information corrected or removed. If you are not sure, ask for the whole account and we will explain what that means for you before we act.
Opens your email app with the subject line filled in.
Deleting your account removes you and your access. It does not erase the record that your child attended our classes, because we are required to keep some of that.
We keep those records for as long as the purpose we collected them for requires, and for as long as tax, accounting and other law requires us to keep them. After that they are deleted. Our privacy policy sets this out under “How Long We Store Personal Data”. Read the privacy policy.
Email is the fastest route, but you can also reach our privacy officer by phone or post.
